Birth & Early Life
Born on November 1, Emir belongs to a Muslim family who lives in Patna, Bihar. His father’s name is a Mohammad Nematillah who is an Indian politician and mother’s name is Razia Praween who is a house wife. During schooling, Emir started his acting career performing at school play Nooh Ki Kashti. He joined and worked with many theatre groups of Patna, Mumbai, Delhi and Haryana.
Career
After working in several theatre shows, Emir got opportunity to make his television debut with Colors TV drama serial Shakti- Astiva Ke Ehsaas Ki as Monty in the year of 2016. Emir later got popularity for portraying the role of Prakash in Waseem Sabir and Yusuf Ansari serial Gangaa which aired on &TV. The serial is written by Rajita Sharma and Zama Habib in 2017.
Emir received great impression after working in SET historical drama series Peshwa Bajirao as Venkat Rao Ghodpade. The serial story is based on Maratha Emperor, Peshwa Bajirao.
Emir also made his debut in web series by Amazon Primeβs drama series Hush Hush as Arjun in the year of 2022. He worked alongside stars like Ayesha Jhulka, Juhi Chawla and Karishma Tanna.
In February 2022, Emir appeared in drama serial Ek Mahanayak β Dr. B.R. Ambedkar where he played a role of friend of Bheem Vaibhav. The serial is directed by Imtiaz Punjabi.
Emir booked for Star Bharat drama serial Dheere Dheere Se where he was seen playing the role of Abhishek Shastri in 2022-23.
