Kaveri Seth is an Indian actress, dancer, and choreographer. She is best known for film Gulmohar directed by Rahul Chittella for Disney+ Hotstar in 2022.
Birth & Early Life
Kaveri Seth was born in New Delhi, India. Her father’s name is Ravinder Pathela. She completed studies from Saint Mary’s College of California with an MFA in Dance, Design & Production with Honors.
Career
Kaveri began her career as a theatre actress in 2015. She made her debut with the short comedy film Arrangements in 2018.
In 2020, she debuted with the drama-romance web series A Suitable Boy as Shireen. The series got released on several platforms like Netflix, BBC One, and Acorn TV.
She got featured in the music video Centrea as Saira in 2022. She played the role of Divya in the drama movie Gulmohar premiered on Hotstar in 2023.
For more than a year, she worked with filmmaker Mira Nair on a variety of projects, including Monsoon Wedding Musical and A Suitable Boy.
She has portrayed the title role in two productions of the Bay Area Drama Company that were produced in the San Francisco Bay Area: Vijay Tendulkar’s play Kanyadaan and Mahesh Dattani’s Dance Like a Man.
Kaveri appeared in a television advertisement for companies like Spotify, Car Dekho, and Uber.
