Prem Jacob was born into a middle-class Hindu family in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Since his childhood he wanted to explore himself in the field of acting and modelling. After completing his education, Prem moved to Kochi for pursuing his passion. He has a younger brother, Shyam.
Career
Prem Jacob rose to prominence with his acting in supernatural television serial Nethra. The plot revolves around a Naagin who vows to marry her lover Arjun in order to inherit the ‘Naagamani’ in the face of an evil Karan’s bid.
Prem then sparkled his acting skills in yet another Malayali popular serial Kabani as Professor Rishi. The serial revolves around a girl named Kabani. Her passion is to pursue higher education, but due to her family situation, she is unable to continue her studies.
