Birth & Early Life
Suman Dey was born on 1 June in Siliguri, West Bengal. He has completed his schooling from local private school of Siliguri. Then, Suman went to Christ University, Bangalore where he done graduation in B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce).
Career
Suman Dey began his acting career by first featuring in Mata Ki Chowki serial. He played a role of Arjun alongside Sangeeta Khanayat in 2008-11. After making debut, he appeared in romantic drama serial Bokul Kotha as Jashojeet Bose in the year of 2017 and comedy drama serial Bodhuboron serial as Abhra Chowdhury. The serial Bodhuboron is remake of Hindi daily soap opera Saath Nibhaana Saathiya.
Later, Suman got opportunity for playing a lead role of Sid in romantic drama Bengali TV serial Harano Sur. This serial was directed by Gopal Chakraborty.
After a brief acting career, Suman appeared as Dwarikanath Biswas in historical mythological daily soap opera serial Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni. The serial story is based on life of Sarada Devi and Ramkrishna Paramhansha Dev. In this serial Suman worked alongside Ditipriya Roy and Gazi Abdun Noor. In June 2022, Suman got headlines for recurring the main role of Aniruddha Roy romantic family drama serial Tumii Je Amar Maa alongside Priya Mondal.
