Career

Anna has worked as a magician and performer. In 2018, she was on several TV shows including MTV’s Amazingness, Steve Harvey’s Steve, and two short films called Anna D and Break. She played a role named June Barcelona in Break.

In 2019, Anna appeared as a contestant on Penn & Teller: Fool Us. The goal of the performers on this show is to do a magic trick that fools Penn and Teller, but Anna does not succeed in fooling them.

After that, Anna competed in Australia’s Got Talent where she performed magic tricks as a contestant in season 10 of the show in 2022, but she was cut and did not move forward.

Anna DeGuzman is a magician who competed on Season 18 of America’s Got Talent in 2023. Her card magic routines impressed the judges and audiences. During her audition, Anna did a card trick with Howie Mandel that involved catching a selected card in her mouth. The judges advanced her to the next rounds.

In the Semifinals, Anna did more surprise card magic, guessing the judges’ card picks and revealing them baked onto a cake. She made it to the Finals over several other acts. Her Finals performance involved interactive card magic with host Terry Crews and the crowd, earning praise.

Anna joined singer Jason Derulo’s finale performance for a mash-up magic act and placed 2nd overall in the competition, beating out many other finalists.

For the America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League, Anna was nominated to the Draft Pool as a top 40 act. Heidi Klum later drafted him onto her team.
