Biography
Tanner Massey is a talented artist who started his music career at a young age. He was born in Tyler, Texas, but his family moved to Oklahoma when he was a child, where he began performing. Tanner began taking vocal lessons at the age of 11 and started singing publicly, even performing the national anthem at a Big 12 championship baseball game when he was just 13 years old. He received awards for being the ‘Best Under 16’ at the McSwain Theater in Ada, Oklahoma, for two consecutive years.
Tanner later became a member of Acapop! Kids, a group co-founded by Scott Hoying of Pentatonix. He was featured in the group’s cover of “Shallow,” which became very popular with over 16 million views on YouTube. Tanner released his first pair of singles at the age of 15, titled “I Promise” and “Memories of You” in 2019. In 2022, he released more singles, including “Break Me,” “Ain’t My Party,” and “Liar.”
