Where to Find X-4 Stormwings
The X-4 Stormwings made their return to Fortnite with the v27.10 update on November 16, 2023, and are expected to be available until the end of Season OG. While plane spawn locations are scattered throughout the Chapter 1 map, players have a higher chance of finding one if they head to Frosty Flights. Frosty Flights is located on the southwestern part of the map, north of Snooby Shores. Here are all the possible X-4 Stormwing spawn locations:

How to Control a Plane in Fortnite
Once players have secured an X-4 Stormwing, mastering its controls is crucial for effective maneuvering and engaging in aerial combat. Here are the default control options for the X-4 Stormwing:

- Roll Left
- Roll Right
- Switch Seat

Players can customize these controls by accessing Keyboard Controls in Settings and adjusting the X-4 Stormwing keybinds. Keep in mind that controller players will have more restricted options, as the buttons are bound to Combat and Building controls.
It’s important to note that only one player can control the X-4 Stormwing, but up to four other players can hop on its wings and tail for a thrilling ride. However, caution is advised when exiting the plane, as it lacks a hop rock effect. Without Gliders, players risk elimination due to fall damage.
