Since childhood, Prajyot was very much inclined towards singing. He got his exposure with the Marathi television show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2021 season 1 judged by Prathamesh Laghate, Mugdha Vaishampayan, Rohit Raut, Arya Ambekar, and Kartiki Kalyanji Gaikwad. Prajyot grabbed everyone’s attention and secured his position in top-5 contestants.
In the year 2022, Prajyot then appeared in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs season 9 judged by Anu Malik, Neeti Mohan and Shankar Mahadevan. This show provided a platform for young singers between the age group of 6-14 years to showcase their talent in front of a national audience. The legendary judges gave standing ovation for his performance where the audience starts shouting Once more! Once more!.
Later on, he was selected in top 13 contestants of the show where he is sang Tere Bina song from the movie Guru. He left the judges mesmerized with his melodious voice. In fact the host, Bharthi Singh showed him a special clip of his favorite cricketer Dwayne Bravo, congratulating him for his future endeavors.
