Devmanus is an Indian Marathi language daily soap directed by Raju Sawant and Amit Sawardekar. It is based on a real story of a God considered (devil-inside) doctor. The show story is based on real life manic doctor, Santosh Pol who killed 6 people in 13 years of his service in Satara, Maharashtra. It was released on 31 August 2020. It airs every Monday to Friday at 10:30 pm on Zee Marathi as well as Zee5 App.
Plot
A compounder-turned-fake doctor, Ajitkumar Dev arrives at the Wada(house) of, Mangal and Babu along with them there lived their daughter, Dimple. Dev’s first target was, Reshma, Dev deceives her to marry him and run along with him with her husband Vijay’s money. Reshma comes to him after killing Vijay but after receiving money he kills her too and hid her body behind Wada. Dimple’s father fixes her marriage against her will. Dimple blackmail Dev by telling that she knows his secret and she also knows about Reshma’s body to which Dev agrees and marriage gets canceled. Later, Dev killed, Aparna and her mother too for money. Later, Manjula comes to Wada and Mangal introduce her to Dev. Manjula , gave a befitting reply to Dev when he tried to come close to her. Later, Villagers starts to gossip about Manjula as she lived alone they all decide to force Manjula to leave the village considering that she is putting up a wrong tradition but Manjula shocks everyone by bringing his husband who Is in wheelchair. Manujla and Dev decide to better the Sour between them. Story will revolve around how Dev will plan next murders and will he succeed in his plans or not.
